Description:
Leadership is a personal experience. This bootcamp takes a hard look at leadership and engages youth in a meaningful, practical way. Our pro-active approach in developing leadership and life skills centres on a model that yields results. Students will experience personal leadership by achieving maximum IMPACT through our THINK, LEARN, and GROW educational platform.
Students will learn specific skills in: oral and presentational communication; personal management and self-disciple; the power of positive peer-pressure; goal setting; nurturing a healthy self; tapping into inner greatness; and more.

Course Expectation:
By the end of this course, students will:
• identify personal characteristics, including strengths and weaknesses;
• examine the lives and characteristics of effective leaders and model their example;
• learn interpersonal skills, cooperation, and how to develop win/win relationship;
• apply theories related to positive peer pressure and group dynamics;
• obtain practical and effective strategies to improve communication and presentation skills;
• earn community hours;
• collaborate on Project iGen – a collaborative internet documentary which focuses on hot social issues
• learn from celebrities in the music and sports industries.
